Music Taco needs to know which country you are in so it can:
- Show the correct album pricing in your currency
- Link to the correct versions of each provider (amazon.com vs amazon.co.uk)
Although music is global and without borders, music releases operate on a per country basis. The underlying data is different for each country and for this reason Music Taco currently only works for the United States of America and the United Kingdom. If you are outside of these countries you can still track artists, and Music Taco will notify you when they release new albums. In most cases, the releases will be the same globally but there may be exceptions.
Music Taco attempts to detect which country you are in but you can easily change it from the navigation bar at the top of any page.
